Definitions
"AnoMrids Travels", "we", "us", or "our" refers to AnoMrids Travels, a travel agency based in Himachal Pradesh, India. "You" or "traveller" refers to any individual who books, pays for, or participates in any of our tour services. "Tour" refers to any travel package, day trip, pilgrimage, or activity offered by AnoMrids Travels.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- A completed booking form has been submitted
- The required deposit or full payment has been received
- A written confirmation is issued by AnoMrids Travels
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
Payment Terms
- A minimum deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the departure date
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, or cash
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify prices due to fuel surcharges, taxes, or government levies
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Each tour package clearly specifies what is included. The following are generally not included unless stated:
- Personal expenses, tips, and gratuities
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Temple entry fees, camera fees, or permit charges
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
- Medical or emergency evacuation expenses
Traveller Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Carry valid government-issued ID at all times during travel
- Follow the guide's instructions and group itinerary
- Respect local customs, religious sites, and fellow travellers
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation
- Not engage in any illegal activity during the tour
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
AnoMrids Travels reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour without refund if their behaviour endangers others or disrupts the group experience.
Health & Safety
Travel in mountainous regions of Himachal Pradesh involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that:
- You are physically fit to undertake the booked tour
- High altitude travel may cause altitude sickness — consult your doctor in advance
- Weather conditions in the hills can be unpredictable
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
We take all reasonable safety precautions but cannot be held responsible for events arising from natural conditions or health issues not disclosed to us.
Liability & Disclaimer
AnoMrids Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- Injury, illness, or death arising from tour activities
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, road conditions, or third parties
- Changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances
- Any consequential or indirect losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected tour package.
Intellectual Property
All content on the AnoMrids Travels website — including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions — is the property of AnoMrids Travels. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
