Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all bookings made with AnoMrids Travels. Please read this carefully before confirming your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the departure date when the cancellation request is received:

Cancellation Notice Refund Amount
30 or more days before departure 90% refund
15 – 29 days before departure 75% refund
7 – 14 days before departure 50% refund
3 – 6 days before departure 25% refund
Less than 3 days / No-show No refund
⚠️ Note: Booking deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by AnoMrids Travels.

How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via:

Cancellations are only valid when confirmed in writing by AnoMrids Travels. The cancellation date is the date we receive and acknowledge your request.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at booking.

  • Bank transfers may take 3–5 additional business days
  • UPI / digital wallet refunds typically process within 3 business days
  • Credit/debit card refunds depend on your bank's processing time

Cancellations by AnoMrids Travels

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Insufficient bookings for a group tour
  • Government travel restrictions or curfews
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

In such cases, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Booking / registration deposits
  • Third-party fees (entry tickets, permits, visa fees)
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Special customization or personalization charges
  • No-show bookings

Date Changes & Rescheduling

We allow one free date change per booking if requested at least 14 days before departure, subject to availability. Changes requested within 14 days may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹500–₹1,000 per person depending on the package.
